Community Space

• Projects are public by default - accessible via shareable links

Enterprise Workspace

• Projects are fully private - not accessible outside your workspace
• Access only granted through explicit invitation and permissions
• Dedicated private tenant on isolated cloud infrastructure with completely separate resources
• All data stored in US regions - data does not physically leave the United States
• Recommended for agency and sensitive project data

Your first year includes unlimited user access as a promotional offer. The monthly fee is $2,700 for your private workspace plus $299 for one active user, totaling approximately $36,000 annually.

This allows your entire team to explore, learn, and integrate the software into your workflows without worrying about per-user costs during the adoption phase.

Active users are those who perform writing activities such as modeling, saving projects, submitting support requests, or requesting library development.

Not counted as active: Read-only activities like viewing models, or users with fewer than 5 write operations per month.

Users are counted per email address, not per login session. Access can be controlled via SSO through your IT department or through manual admin approval in your workspace settings.

At renewal, we review your usage statistics from the previous year and present you with a renewal offer. For example, if your average shows 3 active users:

• $2,700/month (workspace fee) + $299 × 3 users = $3,597/month

Option 1: Accept Our Renewal Offer

If you accept our offer, unlimited user access continues. Payments are based on usage with a one-year delay - giving you flexibility to scale up or down based on project needs.

Option 2: Choose Your Own User Count

You have the option to not accept our offer. If you choose to set your own user count, the unlimited user access offer is removed and billing is based on your selected number of users. If you expect less usage or fewer projects next year, you essentially used unlimited access free for the previous year.

If your project requires custom software development, AI model training (such as OpenBrIM.Count for material counting), or extensive customizations beyond standard platform usage, the pricing above does not apply.
