OpenBrIM.App can be used to quickly create models, perform 3D finite element analysis and design and/or load rate structures. Your OpenBrIM model includes 2D and 3D drawings as well, and ready for Digital/BrIM delivery.

3D Modelling


3D Modeling is quicker, more detailed and generally more accurate if you make use of the definitions available in OpenBrIM.Library and OpenBrIM.Incubator. If the structural component your project requires is not available, you can easily add it under your account - or request our support team to add it for you.


Finite Element Analysis


Once you have the model, you have access to the analytical representation and the loading conditions, all of which can be customized for the needs of your project. You can run full 3D finite element analysis on your model.

Code Check & Load Rating

After the analysis is complete, code check, design and/or load rating functions become available. OpenBrIM is designed to perform hundreds of thousands of code check procedures efficiently and accurately - saving you time and effort.

2D drawings can be generated quickly through your model. Any change to the model is automatically reflected in the drawings.
